Rossie is a wife and mother to three energetic boys. Her first ministry is, “Mom’s Ministry,” and is rooted in the belief that being a mom is a form of ministry that begins at home - which is so important. She also finds joy in serving her community through education, giving back, and engaging in motivational speaking. Her outreach touches transitional living centers, homeless and prison outreach programs, women’s initiatives, and her calling in evangelism.
Those who know Rossie describe her as an encourager, offering life-giving words that uplift others from negative emotions or difficult situations. She is optimistic and empowers people to realize and live out their full potential in Christ and in life.
Rossie loves to serve and express her gifts through exhortation. She especially enjoys using her voice to bring hope, encouragement, and inspiration to others.
Previously, she worked as a CAD Specialist and Resident Inspector Engineering Aide, pioneering her way through the corporate sector and finding innovative ways to thrive in a male-dominated construction industry.
Now, she enjoys a life of entrepreneurship, ministry, education, and writing faith-based publications. As a business owner and ministry leader, Rossie finds her work fruitful and fulfilling. She no longer chases time but embraces each moment, using it for the greater good.
Her greatest asset is her memoir, Woman Unshakable in Christ—a true story of triumph, redemption, and renewal. It tells the journey of a woman who has overcome adversity, addiction, gangs, abuse, and many other forms of trauma. Now set free, Rossie is on a mission to build faith in Jesus, mature believers through her testimony and various platforms, and strengthen the body of Christ in unity.
In her free time, Rossie loves to travel, speak, and explore local and authentic restaurants with her family. They enjoy watching movies, embarking on exciting adventures, and spending time outdoors—especially camping trips and Harley rides through Wisconsin.
